The effects of the global pandemic have significantly accelerated changes in work and scheduling. Paradoxically, just as employees have become physically more distant from their employers, the demand has grown for supporting employees' health and quality of life, not just through financial incentives. For companies, ensuring compliance with occupational safety requirements for remote work is already a difficult risk to manage, and issues of prevention and ergonomics have become even more critical.
Knowing the changes in the labor market from the inside and the challenges that companies face in this area, we consider services offered to hybrid workplaces as a top priority. We believe that physical distance does not necessarily mean the loosening of teams and corporate cultures, and health promotion is an excellent tool for this. Sustainable organizations provide their employees with complete comfort and a sense of security in any work environment.
Hybrid work poses serious limitations for classic sports benefit and well-being programs: employees are no longer necessarily in one place, their habits and work rhythms have changed, and accessing them has become more difficult. Therefore, our methodology requires even more personalized solutions, providing employees with a package that offers valuable and usable support under any work circumstances.
