In line with labor market expectations and corporate trends, many businesses today provide their employees with various health, sports, or well-being services. In most cases, these are not introduced through a unified strategy, consciously, or with a focus on corporate goals and culture, so their (cost) efficiency, return on investment, and real added value are questionable or at least difficult to measure.

The MOVEON Project's vision is that employee sustainability, like other key areas of a company, requires a professional strategy with a holistic approach. It is important that the program is built in line with the company's long-term goals and plans, with the appropriate use of resources, involving both employees and managers from the outset. Employee sustainability does not depend on the size of the company, but its implementation is greatly influenced by the organizational factors and infrastructural and financial opportunities that characterize the client.

Our team of experts - drawing on decades of HR management, coaching and sports management expertise - prepares and, if required, implements strategies for small, medium, and large companies, as well as multinational corporations.

During our work, we analyze and evaluate several factors, including:

The composition of the organization; typical forms of work, schedules; occupational health risks of the jobs, existing preventive processes; the size, complexity, and hierarchy of the organization.

The demographic and other aspects of the organization's composition: generational ratios, general health status, ratio of blue and white-collar workers, etc.

Existing healthcare, sports, and well-being activities, benefits, individual and central budgets, and other resources.

Activities carried out by external and internal service providers, employee engagement, and involvement.

The infrastructure of the company's location, available community spaces, recreational and sports facilities, and free resources that can be used for such purposes.

Our aim is to create a strategy based on objective analysis and complex goal-setting, which is tailored to real needs, beneficial to everyone involved and strengthens the company's value and reputation. As part of this, our partners can count on us in all areas, from prevention lectures and risk-reducing solutions to the design and implementation of workplace sports facilities and gyms.
